🚚 Florbloom – Shipping Policy
At Florbloom, we are dedicated to delivering your flowers, plants, and gifts with care and speed across Gurgaon. This policy explains our delivery timelines and procedures.
1. Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the Gurgaon, Haryana area.
2. Delivery Timelines
We offer two distinct delivery schedules based on the products you order:
A) For Flowers & Plants (Perishable Items):
- Express 3-Hour Delivery: We strive to deliver all flower and plant orders within 3 hours of order confirmation.
- Conditions:
- This 3-hour window applies to orders placed during our standard business hours 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
- Orders placed afterÂ
10:00 P.M. will be processed and delivered the next morning. - The 3-hour timer begins once your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed.
B) For Gifts (Non-Perishable Items):
- Standard Delivery: Gift items (such as vases, chocolates, teddy bears, etc. not accompanying flowers) will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
- “Business days” are Monday to Saturday and do not include Sundays or public holidays.
3. Mixed Orders (Flowers + Gifts)
If your order contains both flowers/plants AND gift items, we will treat it as an express delivery. The entire order will be delivered together within the 3-hour delivery window for your convenience.
4. Important Considerations
- Peak Seasons & Holidays:Â During peak times (like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, etc.), our 3-hour delivery promise may be extended. We will switch to a “Same-Day Delivery” guarantee during such periods. Please order in advance.
- Recipient Availability:Â If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will first try to contact the recipient and/or the sender for instructions. If we cannot get in touch, we may leave the order with a neighbor or building security, or return it to our shop. A re-delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
- Incorrect Information:Â We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check all details.
- Delivery Charges:Â Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Order Tracking & Communication
You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message confirming your order and another notification once it is out for delivery.
